Terms of Service

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Opium Coding Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency", "We") and any individual or legal entity using the website https://opium.ceo/ (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Client").

1.2. Use of the Site, filling out feedback forms, or initiating communication through the Telegram account @opiumwork means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. The Agency provides software development services, including but not limited to:

  • Development of websites and landing pages;
  • Creation of Telegram bots and automation systems;
  • UI/UX design and branding;
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration;
  • Mobile application development;
  • Technical consulting.

2.2. The procedure for providing services, deadlines, and costs are determined individually for each project within the framework of separate contracts or confirmed technical specifications

3. INTERACTION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The main communication channel for discussing projects, transferring data, and coordinating stages is the Telegram messenger

3.2. The Agency operates under two payment models:

  • Fixed Price - for projects with a clearly defined scope of work.
  • Time & Materials - for flexible projects with a variable scope of tasks.

3.3. The Client undertakes to pay for work stages in a timely manner according to the agreements reached

4. ANONYMITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

4.1. The Agency adheres to a policy of complete anonymity. We do not disclose personal data of team members and Client data to third parties, unless otherwise agreed separately for project implementation.

4.2. The User undertakes not to disclose confidential information about the Agency's working methods obtained during cooperation.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All materials posted on the Site (texts, graphic elements, 3D models, logos, including the lion image) are the intellectual property of Opium Coding Agency.

5.2. Exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity (code, design) created during the provision of services are transferred to the Client only after full payment of the cost of the relevant services, unless otherwise provided by the contract

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The Agency is not responsible for losses arising from improper use of the finished product by the Client or its unlawful use by third parties.

6.2. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will operate without interruption or errors at all times

7. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

The User is prohibited from:

  • Using the Site or Agency services to create software that violates the law;
  • Attempting to decompile the Site code or bypass security measures;
  • Impersonating an Agency representative without official authority.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

8.1. The Agency reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
